Testimony

I am a Part One student as of September.

ecstatic as i am over this achievement, it wasn't by my own strength that I managed to pass everything with the results I got, but by His.

it was because of Him, that before my papers my friends could ask me, "why are you so calm?" even when just a day before, I was ready to pass out from fear.

it was because of Him, that I could pass my toughest subject with better scores than the rest, when I walked into that exam hall not knowing a darn thing.

it was because of Him, that with all the unfortunate news that came to me when the results were out, I could stand firm without breaking, knowing that He delivered somehow.

He delivered!

Bs for Public and Contract? When I'd missed a full question for Public and didn't remember a case going into the hall for Contract? And the fact I was able to pass the other two without writing the hundred and one essays they told us we needed to do in order to pass? (I do not condone skipping those, actually, it would have made things a whole lot easier.)


It had to be a miracle. Bottom-line.

I couldn't have made it through without my friends and family and church members, who prayed and believed and encouraged all through the exam period. I love you guys!

Most of all, if I haven't made it clear enough already, all glory to God, my Saviour, my Refuge, my Protector, my Rock. You made it happen, and i will always be grateful.

on a less serious note there has been a lot of idiotic highly embarrassing random dancing happening lately.

Taking advantage of my recent good-naturedness is my sister Ashley, who has chosen to parade me in bikinis and cocktail dresses and sarees with heavy makeup splashed on my (otherwise pale, she says) visage, and place me in awkward positions as per Top Model to take snapshots for her next big calendar project. I is now a calender girl. Teehee

ok on some small, minute level, i think i might actually kind of like it a little, though i really don't know how people do this for a living. It's tiring, and i don't take direction and heavy makeup and awkward positions very well in general.
